He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life: but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction.
Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!
Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord my strength, and my redeemer.
Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.

21.He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he repoved kings for their sakes,
22.Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.
Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the Lord is God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
